Dr. Hodges says that being a pediatric dentist is a privilege, giving him the chance to partner with families and help shape lifelong healthy habits. He aims to make every visit enjoyable, informative, and stress-free, giving kids a positive experience while offering parents a moment to themselves.
Dr. Hodges always felt drawn to healthcare, but his interest in pediatric dentistry grew during college when he shadowed (and later worked for) the pediatric dentist he saw as a child. That experience revealed how rewarding it can be to build trusting, long-term relationships with kids and their parents.
After graduating from the University of Mississippi, Dr. Hodges earned his dental degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He then completed a pediatric residency and ultimately became a board-certified pediatric dentist.
He stays committed to delivering comfortable, evidence-based care by maintaining active membership in both the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Hodges met his wife, Katie (also a pediatric dentist), while attending dental school in Memphis. Their daughter, Chambers, fills their home with plenty of laughter, and their Siberian Husky, Shadow, completes the family. A dedicated Ole Miss sports fan, Dr. Hodges also enjoys hunting and spending time on the golf course.
